The aim of this paper was to analyze the roles that service quality of full-time child care in centers, satisfaction and about parents’ attention to quality in making child care choices in Taiwan. The PZB model was used to explore the identification and satisfaction of child care center. The goal is to increase student enrollment, in which reputation plays an important role, the design and delivery of child services are crucial factors and should be seen as a marketing tools, as well as a critical part of the administrative process. Therefore, directors in child care center should be aware that the service quality of center needs to be improved.

When we no longer see children with cultural and language diversification as “problems waiting to be solved”, the cultural, linguistic and intellectual capitals of our society will be increases immensely, so we will see the linguistic, cultural and intellectual resources brought by them from their home to our schools and communities. The education systems in European countries require children to learn the language of an adjacent nation or a second language, and the results have been good (Baker, 2001). Even though the theory of bilingual education of foreign nations cannot be fully implemented in Taiwan due to differences in environment, cultural and social backgrounds between Taiwan and foreign countries, but the theory and method are worth referencing for application in our English education. The purposes of the research is the following reasons: The competition of pursuing further education; English lessons were given in junior high schools in the past, but has gradually progressed to the situation where elementary students have to study English as it has become an important subject for examination, so it is natural that bilingualism exists in the area. Research method the researcher conducted interviews and recordings under the consent of teachers and parents; the researcher compiled a semi-structured interview outline based on literature reviews and research purposes. Cross comparison was carried out on the result data and other relevant documents were referred to for conducting triangulation of sources. Create a future dynamic identity for an educator establishing the linguistic policies and organizing the courses and teaching so that the languages and cultural capitals of children and communities can be fully recognized in all the interactions in schools, and the schools can reject all negative attitudes and ignorance, as well as exist in the diversity of more extensive societies (Sanchez-Herrero & Sanchez, 1992). When challenging a mandatory authority, the schools can provide a mirror for bilingual children to show who they are and that they can be a member of the society. The researcher found that the objective of bilingual education was for the students to become balanced bilinguals, i.e. being able to understand school courses taught in two languages and use the two languages to engage in academic activities. We can know how it happened by summing up the above research results.

Environmental education can bring practice and personal experience. This study designs curriculum elements on topics of "recycled paper" through the perspective of early childhood education. In the technological change and divergence knowledge, we need to make good use of the resources of social existence such as the manufacturers and institutions. After we visited the organizations, a simplified DIY papermaking process (inspiration from the factory) and introduced to the school for communicating with children through practice. The expert interview helps us understand the process of recycling paper bleaching and relevant scientific knowledge. The teaching manual was proposed, namely, travel with recycled paper. The content includes the origin of recycled paper, tools for making recycled paper.

The refining process of the soybean candle inspired the knowledgeable fact of science education. This article tries to use wax as a science subject course for preschool education. First, we observe the basic properties of the object. Then, from the two perspectives of art and science, we will explore the possible roles in early childhood teaching. From an artistic point of view, we find low-density and non-hydrophilic properties, and the wax will solidify after melting — two proposals presented through creativity through these traits. Secondly, from a scientific point of view, the wax oil was guided by the sliver through the capillary phenomenon and burned during the combustion process. Black smoke generated during the process, so learn more about the chemical changes inside. After we understand the scientific background of non-hydrophilic, we propose two teaching proposals. The scientific concept of the shape and non-hydrophilicity of the combustion flame is delivered to the child separately.
